How your details are handled

This policy explains how Pelvera Atelier handles personal data, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Data we hold

An order needs a name, an address, a phone number and an email, and that is what we ask for. Accounts additionally keep order history.

No card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials are collected — UPI is authorised in your own banking app and those details never touch this site.

Purpose

It exists so we can:

  • process and pack your order
  • arrange delivery and share tracking updates
  • answer support messages about an order
  • meet record-keeping obligations under Indian law
  • detect and prevent fraudulent orders

Third parties

Your name, address and phone go to the courier handling the parcel, which is unavoidable for delivery. Your bank’s UPI system handles payment. Personal data is never sold, and never shared with advertisers or brokers.

Information may be disclosed if the law, a court or a regulator demands it.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies here keep the cart and your session alive. Blocking them in your browser is your choice, but the cart may break. There are no advertising trackers on the site.

Access and correction

Under India’s DPDP Act, 2023 you can:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • ask us to erase data we no longer need for an order or a legal obligation
  • withdraw consent for messages that are not about an order

Storage period

Records of an order live as long as Indian tax and consumer law demands and no longer. Account data is yours to delete on request; support threads are kept a short while after closing.

Children

This is not a site for minors. Data from anyone under 18 is not knowingly collected and is deleted when found.

We reply within one business day and close grievances within thirty days, per the DPDP Act, 2023.

We resolve problems with a replacement request or a refund. We do not process manufacturer warranty claims.
