Scope of these terms

Pelvera Atelier operates as a sole proprietorship based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, trading online as Pelvera Atelier. Using the site or placing an order signals agreement with these terms and the policies in the footer. Disagree, and the site is not for you.

Registration

Ordering is possible as a guest or with an account. Where you hold an account, its password is yours to protect and its activity is your responsibility. If access has been compromised, email [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend an account used fraudulently.

Prices, currency and payment

Every price is quoted in Indian rupees with applicable tax included. We are below the GST registration threshold and are not GST registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued. Payment is by UPI for prepaid orders or Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes; we do not accept cards.

Availability and prices are subject to change. Should a pricing error occur, we tell you before dispatch and you decide whether to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. An order can be refused if stock is gone, the PIN code is not serviceable, a price was wrong, or the details do not check out.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery, returns and cancellation are each governed by their own policy page, and those pages are incorporated into these terms.

Content and trademarks

All site content — text, layout, images, branding — is owned by Pelvera Atelier unless indicated otherwise. Any third-party marks remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively only. Site content may not be reused commercially without written consent.

Limitation of liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Pelvera Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. This clause does not affect any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your Consumer Protection Act, 2019 rights.

Law and courts

Applicable law is Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts at Indore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
