Cancellations
Free cancellation, right up to dispatch
Cancel any time before dispatch and it costs nothing. Once it has left, the Refund and Returns Policy applies instead.
Cancelling an order
Email [email protected] quoting the order number while it still reads as processing, which is the 1 to 2 business days between payment and courier pickup. No fee is charged, and prepaid orders are returned in full to the original UPI handle or bank account within 5 to 7 business days, following Reserve Bank of India settlement timelines.
After the parcel leaves
We cannot retrieve a parcel from the courier network. Either refuse delivery or accept it and return it under our returns policy. A refused Cash on Delivery order carries no cost to you.
Our right to cancel
Occasionally we have to cancel: stock that turns out to be damaged, a pricing error on the site, or an order we cannot verify. In every case we say why and refund the full sum, including any delivery you were charged.
Partial cancellation
If an order has several items and only one is still available, we can cancel the unavailable line and ship the rest. Say which you would prefer when you write in, and we will not decide it for you.
A cancelled order is refunded within 5 to 7 business days, in full, with no charge.
