The questions that come up most
The practical questions — delivery, payment, returns — and the ones specific to craft and resin supplies.
Do the resin kits include moulds?
Only where the listing says so. Kit contents are listed exactly as the supplier states them, and nothing is added to the description that is not in the box.
How should resin be stored?
Keep bottles closed, upright and away from direct sun. Storage guidance appears on each listing where the supplier provides it.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes. Some remote PINs are prepaid-only and checkout will say so.
Can I return an opened resin bottle?
No. Once a sealed consumable is opened it cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 10 days.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, to serviceable PIN codes nationwide, dispatched from Indore, Madhya Pradesh with tracking.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same evening.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable tax. Delivery, where it applies, appears before you pay.
Do you charge GST?
No. We are below the GST registration threshold and are not registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI as a prepaid option and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. We do not accept cards and we do not store payment details.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS when the parcel is collected, and the Track Your Order page takes the same reference.
