From our bench to the courier

Resin and hardener bottles ship taped at the cap and sealed inside their own liner bag, packed apart from anything paper or wooden. Pigment and mica powders travel in their retail jars inside a second sealed pouch, because a loose lid ruins the rest of an order. Brushes ship in a rigid sleeve so tips are not bent, and wood blanks are banded flat.

The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST: before it, your order joins tonight’s pickup; after it, the next working morning. Six dispatch days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide, to any serviceable PIN code, out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Where a courier cannot reach a PIN code, checkout says so up front instead of leaving you to find out later.

We are an online-only retailer. There is no counter to collect from and no physical storefront.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Smaller orders carry a flat ₹49, the same for every PIN code and every parcel size. Whatever the cart shows is what you pay — there is no extra handling charge.

Time in transit

Metro deliveries usually run three to five business days from dispatch; other addresses take five to nine. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

These are not guaranteed dates. Courier networks slow down for weather, strikes and holidays, and no retailer can promise otherwise.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email and SMS once the parcel is picked up. You can also check it on the Track Your Order page. If nothing changes for three working days, contact [email protected] and we will push the courier.
