Pelvera Atelier accepts prepaid UPI and Cash on Delivery. Nothing else, and that is a deliberate choice.

How you can pay

UPI is our prepaid method. You approve the payment from your own banking app and the order moves into packing once the payment confirms.

There is no surcharge on Cash on Delivery across serviceable PIN codes, though remote areas and high-value baskets may be prepaid-only — checkout makes that clear.

Not accepted

The methods we do not handle:

  • Credit cards and debit cards
  • International payment processors and wallets
  • Bank transfers arranged outside checkout
  • Post-dated cheques or instalment plans

Taxes

Our turnover is below the GST registration threshold, so Pelvera Atelier is not registered for GST. So there is no GST charge, no GSTIN printed, and nothing added at checkout beyond delivery where that applies.

Security of payment

We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials, and we never ask for them by email or phone.

A UPI payment is authorised inside your own banking app; nothing sensitive passes through this website. Any message asking you to share a PIN or an OTP is not from us.

There are no hidden charges — delivery, when it applies, appears in the cart before payment.
